Cosmopolitan Cocktail

Pour commencer notre "semaine a New York", je vous propose de feter ca avec un cocktail. Ce cocktail a été crée dans les années 70 et a été largement popularisé par la série télé "Sex and the City", car c'est le cocktail préféré de Carrie Bradshaw l'héroine.

Bien sur, comme tous les alcools il est a consommer avec modération, personnellement un m'a suffit pour etre "pompette", soit pile ce que l'on demande aux coctails, non ?

Pour un cocktail

•  1/2 jus de citron vert
• 3cl de vodka
• 3cl de cointreau
• 3cl de jus de cranberry
• Ecorce d'orange (optionnel)
• Glacons

Verser tous les ingrédients dans cet ordre dans le shaker. Le refemer (la blague) et secouer bien fort.
Verser dans un verre a cocktail, ou si comme nous, vous n'en avez pas, dans un verre a eau joliement décoré et voila !!
En option, vous pouvez raper de l'eoorce d'orange, pour décorer et ajouter un petit gout d'orange, c'est tres bien sans, mais vous pouvez essayer !

To start our "week in New York," I suggest we celebrate it with a cocktail. This cocktail was created in the 1970s and was largely popularized by the tv show "Sex and the City", because it is the favorite cocktail of the heroin, Carrie Bradshaw.

Of course, as all alcohol it is to drink with moderation, personally one was enought to make me "tipsy" which is what we ask to cocktails, isn't it?

For 1 cocktail:

• 1/2 lime juice
• 3cl vodka
• 3cl cointreau
• 3cl cranberry juice
• (Optional) orange peel
• Ice

 Pour all the ingredients in this order in the shaker. Close it (the joke) and shake really well.

Pour into a cocktail glass, or if like us, you don't have any, in a  beautifully decorated  water glass and voila!

As an option, you can grate some orange peel, to decorate and add a taste of orange, it is fine without, but you can try!
